Return and Refund policy

1. Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained if:
    •  The order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.
    • If the order has already been shipped, you may reject the package at the doorstep.

Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, as outlined in the return SOP.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, customers must:

  • Fill out the Return Request Form available on the Return Policy page.
  • Attach a 360-degree video of the unboxing clearly showing the issue (mandatory for damage claims).
  • Submit the request within 7 days of delivery.
  • The form will be reviewed by our customer service team at support@theboomerangstore.com.


3. Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  • If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If the user establishes that the quality of the product is not satisfactory.
  • If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase through PhonePe, our payment partner.
  • Customers will be notified once the refund has been processed.
  • We do not provide exchanges or replacements.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report the issue to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The return request will be reviewed based on the submitted 360-degree unboxing video and other supporting details.
  • Once verified, a reverse pickup will be arranged through EasyEcom, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • If the claim is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed.


5. Product Mismatch or Expectations

  • If the product received does not match what was displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Our customer service team will review your complaint and make a final decision based on the evidence provided.


6. Warranty Policy

  • We do not provide any warranty on products sold through the Platform.
  • If the product originally comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty-related issues.


7. Exceptions & Limitations

  • If the returned product is not received in its original condition or if there is a discrepancy in the return claim, the refund request may be denied.
  • If the package is lost during reverse shipping, an investigation will be initiated
  • Refund delays can be escalated to our customer service team.
